Support the commercial back office process by performing all administrative tasks related to Health Medical Equipment Sales activities: offers, tender and contract, general support. - Cooperation in offers management by supporting the supervisor on the definition of all commercial proposals to both public and private customer. - Support the supervisor in public tender activities, ensuring that all documentation is adequately prepared, also by liaising with relevant Sales departments in order to receive the correct information on pricing etc. - Prepare all contracts for sales channels / depts (distributors, dealers, agents) liaising closely with the Legal dept. - Provide sales support /reporting as needed.
